We had a late arrival and the receptionist kindly phoned us in advance to check our arrival time. Our room, although small, was comfortable enough, with a small but cozy bed. the bathroom could use some improvements, as the door would not close properly. the location of the hotel was convenient, being close to the town center and offering easy access to nightlife options. the staff provided a satisfactory service and the breakfast was decent.
Two light fittings in our room were not working.

I recently stayed at a hotel that was conveniently located and offered a comfortable stay. The receptionist even called to confirm my late arrival time, ensuring a smooth check-in. The room I stayed in was compact but cozy, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The staff promptly addressed any issues, such as the non-functioning light fittings. the hotel provided good service and a pleasant stay.
The hotel was a bit far from the city center.

The receptionist made an effort to call us and confirm our arrival time before leaving. Additionally, the hotel had a good location with easy access to transportation available nearby. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and that was the only aspect of the room that we enjoyed.
The hotel's positive features ended there. The room was incredibly small, and we struggled to move around with our bags in there.

The receptionist called us before our late arrival just to confirm our check-in time. the room was decent and clean. We appreciated that it had basic amenities, like a TV and a sink. the hotel was quiet during the night, so I slept well.
The hotel is pretty far from the city center and some of the main attractions. the biggest downside was that the bed was incredibly creaky, which made it difficult to get a good night's rest.

I arrived at Le 81 late at night and was pleasantly surprised when the receptionist called me earlier to check on my arrival time. Despite a small issue with the automated sign-in, the receptionist was very helpful and made sure I was able to check in smoothly. The room, although small, was comfortable and cozy. I did encounter a couple of minor issues, such as a creaky bed and a bathroom door that wouldn't close, but overall, my stay was pleasant. The hotel's location may be a bit far from town, but it provided a peaceful getaway. I would definitely recommend Le 81 for a relaxing stay in Castres.

During my Easter trip, I appreciated the prompt call from the hotel staff to confirm my late arrival time. the presence of on-duty receptionist was helpful in addressing my lodging needs. one of the noteworthy advantages was the accessibility of key transport links and attractions in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.
I was disappointed to find that the hotel's payment system was not functioning correctly, which made check-in process challenging. The size of the room was also very small, and the bed was extremely creaky, which caused discomfort during the night.
